Attached you will find 2 Corners Fonts. Choose a corner that you like from them and make it into a usable corner tube - gold, silver, whatever color - and use your favorite effect to make it look 3D.
Then choose a gradient for your background and make your image using your new corner on the frame. The gradient and new corner are mandatory - whatever else you use is up to you.
