1. Choose a linear gradient – Angle 0: 5 repeats
2. Apply any distortion effects from PSP or Filters
Unlimited/Distortion(or any other good distortion filter)
3. Add some kind of texture – maybe from FU’s Paper textures
4. Add..... a
misted picture of any kind and a person or animal (or
both)
5. ....... and frame
it
You can use anything else/other filters you need to
make your masterpiece
