Fran's Tip 4 U--Borders

When adding borders, sometimes we have to select the border with the Magic Wand to play with it.

And sometimes, if the color we choose is to close to colors in the pic or the border before, the selection bleeds where we don't want it to.

We can do 2 things...

1. We can make that border a totally different color and then select it easily.

2. We can Select All before making the border and then Invert the selection to have a nice clean border.
